With 60 years’ experience, the well respected Melosi family is led by Roland Melosi and his  son Giovanni Melosi. Together with a dedicated team, they strive to create distinct smallgoods using true Italian curing methods. Roland is very passionate and enthusiastic about continuing his family’s tradition, by manufacturing a quality range of smallgoods whilst always exploring new modern and exciting ingredients to bring a new magic to conventional smallgoods. Montecatini Specialty Smallgoods are Certified Gluten Free with the Coeliac Society and are accredited to use the Australian made logo.
